Our requirements (Minimum 1 year of Property Management Experience is required)
To be successful in this role, it would be desirable for you to have:
* Be highly organised with excellent time management skills.
* Have strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
* An energetic and career driven personality.
* Be computer literate with experience in Property Tree and Inspection Manager
* Hold a current drivers' license.
* Hold a current Real estate license or certificate of registration
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Be hard working and willing to go to that extra mile
* Ability to work in a team to achieve common goal.
About the role
Required to complete all aspects of residential property management including (but not limited to):
* Work within a team to oversee and manage a rental portfolio with properties mostly within the Penrith region
* Manage in-going & out-going inspections
* Arrears management
* Rental reviews and research
* Responding to phone and email enquiries
* Liaise with your fellow Senior Property Managers and Leasing Consultant in relation to tenancy applications and inspections
* Manage repairs and maintenance
* Tribunal applications and attendance
* Additional Adhoc tasks as required
