EIR Labour Hire are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a clean, fast-paced automated manufacturing facility in Plympton, Adelaide. This is a night shift role working in a highly advanced factory environment, including Australia's first robotic picking system. You'll be a mix of hands‑on tools and laptop‑based fault finding, supporting day‑to‑day production in a cutting‑edge automated warehouse.
What YOU get:
* Pay Rate: $64.29 per hour (inclusive of casual + night shift loadings)
* Shifts: 11pm – 7am, Mon – Fri
* Location: North Plympton, SA
* Duration: Ongoing for the right candidate
* Work in a modern, clean, automated factory environment
What You'll Be Doing:
* Troubleshooting and maintaining automated production assets
* Working with AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) and automated storage & retrieval systems
* Fault finding on automated assembly cells, robotic systems, and Bison systems
* Preventative maintenance tasks
* Breakdown maintenance on plastic production machines
* Using laptops to connect to and diagnose robotic systems (around 50/50 tools vs laptop work)
To Be Considered, You'll Need:
* Trade‑qualified Electrician
* Strong fault‑finding and troubleshooting experience in manufacturing or automation
* Comfortable working with PLCs, robotics, and automated systems
* Strong safety focus and ability to work independently on night shift
