Key Responsibilities include managing civil construction projects from procurement through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards, developing and implementing project management strategies, liaising with contractors and consultants, coordinating financial management of projects, and producing high-quality tender documents.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in civil construction and project management is essential for success in this role.
* Strong administrative and practical skills are required, with excellent communication and time management abilities necessary for effective collaboration.
* A valid 'C' class Australian driver's licence is a must-have for this position.
* A degree, diploma or trade qualification relevant to the position or project management is preferred but not mandatory.
