Drilling and Completions Expert Wanted
About the Role
Brunel are seeking skilled individuals to work on various drilling operations throughout Australia. This is a FIFO role based out of Australia, with a 2 on 2 off roster.
This is an exciting opportunity to enter the oil and gas industry with a major international company, providing experience in guiding pipes while positioned in the derrick and operating, monitoring, and maintaining all drilling fluid systems and equipment associated with drilling oil and gas wells.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A successful candidate will have good verbal communication skills, a working knowledge of specialized rig equipment, organizational skills & training skills, leadership abilities to delegate tasks as required by the Rig Manager & Driller, physical strength and stamina, the ability to work long hours and in extreme conditions, follow directions, and company policies, work effectively in a team environment, hold a current Australian work rights, IWCF Level 2, Certificate III in Drilling Oil/Gas (onshore), Drilling and Completions General Induction(DCGI) or Industry Safety Induction (ISI).
The ideal candidate should be able to lead and coordinate work activities, direct and coordinate all work activities associated with drilling fluid systems and equipment, undertake First Response to Fire, Operate Breathing Apparatus, Enter and Work in Confined Spaces, Gas Test Atmospheres, Working at Heights, Gotcha Kit, Operate vehicles in the field-4WD, Wellsite Permit to Work-Holder, and other similar requirements listed in the job description.
