EIR Labour Hire are looking for an ongoing Yard / Workshop Assistant to join a busy civil company in Roseworthy. You'll be helping the onsite mechanic with cleaning, minor servicing, and repairing machinery and equipment coming back to the yard. Great role for someone handy who enjoys practical work.
What YOU get:
Pay: $45 per hour +
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Location: Yard based in Roseworthy, SA
Ongoing work supporting an experienced mechanic
What You'll Be Doing:
Basic welding (no certificate required)
Minor repairs and maintenance on machinery
Handy man tasks around the yard (e.g., fixing mirrors, small assemblies)
Assisting the mechanic with general workshop duties
To Be Considered, You'll Need:
Basic welding skills and practical hand skills
Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn
Positive attitude and able to work under direction
