Managing Director - Australia & New Zealand

We are seeking a Managing Director - Australia & New Zealand to lead our operations, drive measurable growth, and deliver outstanding results across all aspects of the business.
This role is hands-on and results-driven, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, drive revenue, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
* Lead the Australia & New Zealand operations, setting clear priorities and accountability across the team.
* Drive operational excellence across all call centre functions to achieve sales targets, service KPIs, and high customer satisfaction.
* Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, multi-layered team to deliver consistently strong outcomes.
* Continuously review systems and processes to maximise efficiency, quality, and profitability.
* Full P&L responsibility, managing forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.
* Deliver B2C sales growth, aligning product, marketing, and operational strategies to increase market share, lead generation, and brand awareness.
* Reposition, refresh, or launch new products to meet customer demand and commercial objectives.
* Use data and insights to make informed decisions that drive measurable outcomes across sales, marketing, and operations.
Stakeholder & Client Focus
* Manage customer acquisition, sales conversion, and call centre performance.
* Ensure the business balances growth, brand, compliance, and exceptional customer outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic and operational goals.
Who We\'re Looking For
* Proven MD/GM or senior leadership experience in high-volume B2C operations with call centre.
* Commercially astute with experience translating strategy into measurable top and bottom-line results.
* Strong operational, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Experience leading high-performing teams, fostering accountability and a performance-focused culture.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Resilient, proactive, and results-focused with a hands-on approach.
What This Role Offers You
* Base salary of $250K within a total executive package circa $300K, plus super
