Inventory Management Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to support the maintenance planning and execution process across various operational areas. As an Inventory Management Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely availability of essential spares and consumables.
* Coordinate the ordering of parts for LV, HME, and shutdown activities
* Ensure prompt delivery of critical spares and consumables
* Track and report on parts usage and costs
* Create and manage notifications, work orders, and purchase requisitions in SAP
* Maintain and update SAP Master Data (materials, vendors, BOMs)
* Support alignment of stock items with maintenance plans and asset strategies
* Assist with parts logistics and coordination during shutdowns
* Collaborate with the warehouse team to reduce obsolete or slow-moving stock
* Support critical spares reviews and BOM development
* Provide cross-functional support to Water Treatment and Electrical teams
* Maintain tracking sheets and dashboards to monitor role impact
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong working knowledge of SAP (PM and MM modules)
* Experience with Master Data management (materials, BOMs, vendors)
* Understanding of maintenance planning and asset management
* Familiarity with LV and HME equipment and parts
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
