Key Responsibilities for Client Relations Professional
The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
* Coordination and distribution of quarterly and annual reports, including proofreading and editing, as well as responding to client queries.
* Management of annual investor meetings, including content creation, presentations, delivery, and meeting logistics.
* Maintenance of accurate client records, including contact information, investment details, and memberships on advisory boards.
* Timely response to ad hoc client inquiries related to accounting, financial analysis, and asset management.
* Identification of opportunities for efficiency improvements in client services and reporting.
* Establishment and maintenance of key relationships with clients invested in our ANZ strategy.
* Collaboration with the Investor Relations team and funds management teams to achieve business objectives.
