Your New Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, Service Performance (Complex Insurance), the Insurance Incident Lead role sits within Member Operations and plays a critical role in leading the resolution of insurance‐related operational incidents and breaches across the Fund.This 12‐month Maximum Term Contract role focuses on leading a team of incident specialists, managing complex and systemic insurance incidents, and driving timely remediation outcomes in partnership with internal teams and external service providers.
