We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Theatre team at Murdoch Hospital.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-level administrative support to the relevant department
* Manage your own workflow and prioritize competing demands
* Collaborate effectively within a team environment


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Advanced skills and knowledge of computer packages, particularly Microsoft Office suite
* Demonstrated ability and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
* Strong analytical and report writing skills
