Project Coordinator Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in project reporting, document control, stakeholder communication, procurement tasks, site inspection support, financial modelling, and contract administration.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management, Property, or Architecture, and 1-3 years' experience in a project coordination or assistant PM role within construction, development, or consultancy. They should be confident communicators who enjoy working across various stakeholders and have excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
