Temporary Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a proactive and skilled Temporary Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Clients team until the end of the yeare. You will play a crucial role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting volume business services support departments.
About The Role
In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing top talent on a national basis. Your key responsibilities will include:
Partnering with Stakeholders: Building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice.End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the entire recruitment process from job brief to offer negotiation and onboarding.Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilising a range of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal ATS, to proactively source and engage with qualified candidates.Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.Market Insights: Providing insights and advice on current market trends and talent availability.
About You
We're looking for someone who is a self-starter and can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or volume white collar recruitment role, ideally within a professional services environment (law firm, consulting, banking super etc ).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.A proactive and positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
