About the Role
As the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Deliver strategic business advice and lead the implementation and continuous improvement of school-wide corporate services.
* Inspire and guide a diverse team of multidisciplinary support staff, fostering skill development, professional growth, and effective workforce planning.
* Actively contribute to decision-making within the school management team and support innovation in business service delivery.
* Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, performance reporting, and compliance, while providing expert financial advice and recommendations to leadership.
* Lead human resource functions such as recruitment, performance management, professional development, and succession planning.
* Manage facilities, capital works, and resource allocation with a focus on sustainability, safety, and strategic improvement.
* Promote a positive team culture and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services align with the needs of the school community.
* Serve as a key liaison across departments and networks, supporting best practices and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in education.
