You don't need a medical or allied health background.

About the Role
As our Receptionist / Office Administrator, you'll play a vital role in keeping the clinic running smoothly and ensuring every client feels supported from their first contact.
This is a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week), with some flexibility around days and times for the right candidate. Suitable for Uni Students & Carers.
What You'll Be Doing
* Front desk & client support: Welcoming clients and families, answering phone and email enquiries, and being the friendly first point of contact.
* Appointment & calendar management: Booking, confirming and managing appointments using our practice management system.
* Client records & systems: Maintaining accurate digital records and supporting smooth information flow.
* Invoicing & payments: Processing NDIS, Medicare and private payments, and assisting with basic reporting.
* Administrative support: Helping clinicians with documents, correspondence and general admin tasks.
* Clinic presentation: Keeping the space organised, calm and welcoming.
* Liaison & coordination: Communicating with schools, support coordinators and other professionals to support client care.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Warm, friendly and professional in their communication
* Organised, reliable and detail-oriented
* Comfortable juggling a few tasks at once
* Confident using technology and cloud-based systems
* A team player who enjoys learning and contributing
* Calm and solutions-focused, even on busy days
Previous experience in allied health or medical reception is helpful but absolutely not required. We're happy to train the right person.

Pay & Conditions
* From $30 per hour (Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 – Level 4, part-time)
* Casual option available if preferred
* Part-time, permanent role
* In-person role based in Coffs Harbour
