Household name appliance distributor is looking for a mechanically minded and customer centric leader to support their technical team.
Responsibilities
* Being a true subject matter expert and go to person for technical product queries
* Providing technical support and training to consumers, internal staff and service technicians
* Using Zendesk to ensure queries are actioned within expected time frames
* Weekly and monthly trend analysis reporting
* Work closely with multiple stakeholders including spare parts, customer service and service technicians
* Occasional physical assessment of early returns
You will be provided full product training but will need to come with a strong customer centric mindset and a technical/mechanical aptitude. If you have a background in technical or spare parts and are looking for a more hands off role we'd like to hear from you.
