Overview

This is a Graduate Writer role with Eucalyptus based in Sydney, NSW, AU.

Role Seniority

Role Seniority - graduate, junior, mid level

About the role (What you'll be doing)

We're looking for writers. You may be a recent graduate in Arts, Humanities, Law, or Economics, or a mid-weight copywriter with a couple of years experience ready for a new challenge. You care about the craft of writing, creativity, and persuasion, and are excited to help shape clear, trusted experiences for our patients.

In this role, you'll apply your skills in a growth-focused environment, learning from experienced operators and contributing to work that has real impact.

If you're motivated by the difference clear, considered writing can make, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll join the Product Growth team for Juniper Australia, responsible for Conversion, Retention, and Cross-sell. Your writing will drive these metrics whilst building patient trust across every patient touchpoint: landing pages, purchase pages, emails, questionnaires, program pamphlets, in-app content, etc.

* Learn sales and commercial acumen through persuasive writing
* Write copy across key patient touchpoints from webpage to onboarding to long-term retention projects
* Translate complex health topics into hyper-clear messaging that builds trust and drives action
* Spot and fill gaps in persuasive arguments (identify where we need to source testimonials, statistics from new research, expert quotes, etc.)
* Ensure consistency in tone, narrative, and brand messaging across channels and formats
* Partner closely with design, lifecycle, product, and growth teams, including stakeholders with backgrounds in growth marketing, CRO, or conversion strategy, where copy performance is a shared responsibility
* Apply AI deliberately to increase efficiency and effectiveness, without compromising writing quality or compliance

About You (Who You Are)

* You are a strong writer with a passion for writing craft and persuasion
* Ability to clearly articulate and present copy and ideas in response to briefs
* You are curious and eager to learn
* You are interested in conversion, retention and cross-sell functions of D2C marketing

Nice-to-haves (but not deal-breakers)

* Graduate from an Arts/Humanities/Law/Economics background preferred but not mandatory
* Candidates whose background is rooted in growth marketing, CRO, lifecycle, or conversion strategy, where copy has been a core lever for performance.

Note: If you have no formal writing experience but love to put pen to paper, we want to hear from you. Just show us what you've written before, what you are interested in writing about, and why writing for Eucalyptus would excite you.

Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role. No matter what you come in knowing, you'll be learning new things all the time and the Eucalyptus team will be there to support your growth.

Please consider applying even if you don\'t meet 100% of what's outlined
