 * We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Maternity Unit team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical nursing and midwifery, as well as recent leadership and management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Plan, implement, and evaluate practices and services within the department.
 * Collaborate with the Executive team to shape organisational strategy and improve procedural service provision.
 * Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
 * Current registration with AHPRA.
 * Demonstrated extensive clinical skills and experience as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife within an acute Maternity Unit.
 * Recent and relevant Leadership and Management experience.
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
