Claims Professional
The Claims Professional is responsible for reviewing and processing outcome claims, ensuring quality standards are met. They collaborate closely with employment services teams to guarantee that documentation aligns with contractual requirements.

Duties:
* Process outcome and progress payment claims in a timely manner.
* Coach, advise, and mentor staff in claims processing.
* Analyse data and results to optimise performance.
* Assist with preparation of reports.
* Interpret and apply processes, policies, and guidelines.
* Collaborate with staff to find a solution-focused approach to achieve claims.
Requirements:
* High-level data entry skills, numeracy, and attention to detail.
* Engage and build relationships with all staff across the organisation.
* Prioritise workload to ensure strict timeframes are met.
* Solid Excel skills to manage data and create clear reports.
* Ability to analyse documentation to ensure alignment with guidelines.
