About the Role
As a strategic leader, you will spearhead the sales and marketing strategy for the business, including the Guided by Nature brand and international product line. You will be responsible for developing a commercial plan to support the expansion of the company over the next three years, including international markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide visionary leadership to the Sales & Marketing team and influence across the organisation.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-year Sales & Marketing strategy that acquires, engages, converts and retains target consumer segments and aligns with the company's vision.
3. Lead the digital activity and platforms, including website, content, search engine optimisation (SEO), social media, and email marketing, to engage with consumers.
4. Develop an understanding of customer mindsets, attitudes, and behaviours (competitive dynamics) and translate those insights into compelling marketing strategies.
