**Role Overview**: As an All-Rounder Sign Maker, you will be an integral part of our creative and production process. From conceptualizing designs to fabrication and installation, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life. This role demands a strong blend of artistic flair, technical know-how, and attention to detail.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with clients and the team to understand project requirements and design concepts.
- Fabricate a variety of signs using materials such as vinyl, acrylic, wood, metal, and more.
- Operate sign-making equipment including plotters, printers,
- Assist with on-site installations,
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sign-making, and installation 3+ years
- Experience in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), preferred
- Hands-on experience with sign-making tools and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Manual Drivers license
- Problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges during the design and production process.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous sign-making projects is a plus.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
