Care Manager – Mildura | Leadership Role in Aged Care A leading aged care provider is seeking an experienced Care Manager to oversee clinical operations and lead high-quality, person-centred care delivery at a well-established residential facility in Mildura. This is a senior leadership position focused on clinical governance, team leadership, and continuous improvement of care outcomes within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Role You will play a key role in leading clinical services, supporting operational performance, and ensuring residents receive safe, compliant and high-quality care.
