As a key advisor and leader, you will provide critical oversight for electrical capital projects. This is a hybrid role, allowing for a balance of remote strategic planning and essential on-site presence to drive project milestones and lead trade teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Expert Project Oversight: Lead the lifecycle of complex electrical infrastructure projects, from initial feasibility through to final commissioning.
* HV Technical Governance: Act as the subject matter expert for High Voltage (HV) systems, ensuring all works meet rigorous safety standards and technical specifications.
* Trade & Contractor Management: Provide direct leadership to site-based tradesmen. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of execution.
* Strategic Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk registers, and procurement timelines.
* Autonomous Leadership: Operate as a true self-starter, identifying project risks and implementing solutions with minimal administrative supervision.

* Project Controls: Proficiency in project management software and a disciplined approach to planning and budget oversight.
