The Position: Prepare high-quality dishes for corporate events, tech-savvy sites, and VIP clientele. Collaborate with a team to deliver fine dining experiences with precision and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Handle special dietary requirements and customize menus for high-profile guests. Showcase your culinary creativity while adhering to high standards of excellence. The Person: 2 years’ experience as a CDP or above in high quality kitchens, including corporate dining, well-regarded restaurants, or hotels. Proven experience in premium events, high-end corporate catering or refined dining. Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery. A genuine passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food in a timely manner. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to culinary excellence. A calm, respectful demeanour, along with confident and clear communication, is essential in this environment.
