About This Role
In this exciting new position, you will be responsible for building trust, tailoring solutions, and guiding clients through their transition into our services. You will represent our organization at various events, strengthen connections, and spark new opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement personalized onboarding plans that meet each client's unique needs and goals.
2. Become the face of welcome for new clients, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout their journey.
3. Represent our organization at expos, community events, and stakeholder forums, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
4. Contribute to the development of our Home and Living strategy, matching clients with suitable properties and planning for long-term success.
5. Work closely with our housing leaders to assess property fit and ensure clients find not just a house, but a home.
6. Manage the full onboarding process, guaranteeing a seamless handover to our service delivery teams.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with people, earn trust quickly, and communicate with empathy, clarity, and respect.
* Experience in client engagement, onboarding, or intake coordination, preferably within the disability, health, or community services sector.
* A creative mindset, able to tailor solutions that align with each client's goals and aspirations.
* A deep understanding of the NDIS, including Home and Living, Community Participation, and SDA funding.
* A genuine commitment to inclusion, advocacy, and making a real difference in people's lives.
