Job Title: Construction Site Lead
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Site Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, including supervision and leadership of employees, subcontractors, and plant/equipment.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on safety protocols and risk mitigation. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire a high-performing team.
The Construction Site Lead will be responsible for implementing processes and procedures to ensure efficient project delivery, managing resources and equipment, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team. They will also provide operational support to the estimating team to assist with new opportunities and optimal construction methodologies.
