**The Opportunity**
A Marketing & Production Associate vacancy has become available for an organised individual to join our high performing People Solutions team. You will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to ensure the team and consultants can operate as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing day to day administration support to the People Solutions team
- Management of key reporting procedures, systems and outcomes
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and compliance within the team
- Ad hoc project and team assistance tasks
- Slide deck and report preparation
**About You**:
- Demonstrated experience within an administrative, finance or operations related role
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook) with excellent formatting skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Great communicator with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others
