To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a \*\*Operations Readiness Lead (Fixed Term)\*\* to join our team. \*\*The Role\*\*:Reporting to the \*\*Operations Readiness and Improvement Manager\*\*, the purpose of the role is to ensure that Arrow Energy's projects and assets are well-prepared for successful operations. This role is focused on bridging the gap between the completion of a project and the start of full-scale operations. This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with ample notice provided. \*\*In addition, you will\*\*: - Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety, and the environment. - Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders. - Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued. - Developing and executing comprehensive plans for CSG projects to ensure a smooth transition into full operational status. Align project milestones and objectives with operational goals. - Oversee the successful handover of projects from planning to operational phases, ensuring proper documentation, training, and resources are in place. - Actively identify and evaluate risks associated with project handovers and operational readiness. Create and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring safe and productive operations. - Responsible for the effective allocation and coordination of resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to support operational readiness and project handovers. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiencies.
