Key Role Summary
A skilled Parts Interpreter is required to provide exceptional customer service and recommend suitable parts. As a key member of the team, you will liaise with customers to understand their needs and deliver results.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and has excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
* Liaise with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable parts
* Provide advice on parts specifications to customers
* Source and order parts, as well as generate quotes and invoices
* Maintain a clean and presentable parts department
* Manage inventory levels in line with business and customer needs
About You:
Requirements include previous experience in a similar role, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A current forklift licence ticket or willingness to obtain one is also required.
You should be able to problem-solve and identify parts for customers. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment is crucial to your success.
