Asset Management Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Professional to oversee daily and strategic operations for a major solar farm in Queensland. As the successful candidate, you will engage stakeholders across markets with a multicultural and dynamic team, leveraging asset management platforms and industry-leading software to analyse data, develop maintenance plans, and report key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily and strategic operations for a major solar farm, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and safety.
* Coordinate with internal commercial teams, technical personnel, investors, and stakeholders across languages and functions.
* Drive continuous improvement in asset reliability; support implementation of best practice systems for monitoring and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2+ years' experience in asset management (renewables, utilities, or complex infrastructure).
* Proficiency with asset management software, data analysis, compliance frameworks, and project management.
* Advanced Mandarin speaking, reading, and writing ability, critical for stakeholder engagement and internal process coordination.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
