**RETAIL TRAINING + OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - ALL TRAINING PROVIDED - NO EXPERIENCE**
Our fast growing cosmetics company is looking for someone who can learn our retail systems and in-store guides and then assist with teaching new staff.
The position is for our multi-store retail pop ups across Sydney Metro.
You would learn our 1 day training system hands on, with videos and training guides. You would then use these tools to show new staff who are to work in our pop up stores.
**Who would be suitable**:
- fast learners who have previously worked in retail
- previous retail experience as a team leader, 2IC or Manager (not a requirement, but advantageous)
- previous experience as a trainer, teacher or tutor (not a requirement, but advantageous)
**What we are looking for**:
- Must be available full time and you will need to work 5 days per week.
- You must have a valid driver's license and own car (all fuel and tolls will be paid for by the company during work hours)
- Must be able to read, speak and write English fluently.
- Must have full work rights in Australia with no restriction on full-time hours
- A self-motivated and proactive problem-solver that can take initiative and shows attention to detail.
- Someone who can work well within a team and also be able to complete tasks autonomously.
- Someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use technology such as iPads and laptop.
Prior training, operations or beauty experience is not required as all training will be provided.
**Duties and responsibilities include**:
- Training staff by understanding and comprehending training guides and videos.
- Setting up & packing down pop up sales in various shopping centres across metropolitan Sydney
- Visiting retail stores for a range of head office support tasks and assistance
- Capturing photos and videos in store for store logistics, systems, staff training and social media use
- Assist in retail stores as required
- Monitoring stock and equipment for retail stores
- Packing stock and shop equipment for pop up sales
- Re-stocking retails stores stock and equipment
- Reporting to Head Office with issues and staff matters
- Liaising with shopping centre staff, security and contractors
- Following automated systems, checklists, work flows and troubleshooting
- Assist Head Office staff and CEO with day to day duties as required
Our head office/warehouse is based in Marrickville, but our pop up stores are located around Sydney Metro.

**Salary**: $24.76 - $29.23 per hour
