As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in strengthening partnerships, identifying current opportunities, and driving commercial success—all while making a tangible impact on students’ access to education.
**What You’ll Do** as an Account Manager, you will:
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business and client goals.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals with key stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities and showcase UAC’s innovative solutions.
- Work cross-functionally to drive customer-centric initiatives and deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Use data-driven insights to measure success and continuously improve strategies.
- Monitor market trends to anticipate and respond to evolving client needs.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in the education sector (but not essential).
- Proven success in developing and managing client portfolios.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging at Director and C-suite levels.
- The ability to influence decision-making through formal and informal discussions.
- A collaborative mindset, working effectively with internal teams to drive results.
- Analytical skills to interpret and leverage sales data for strategic planning.
- Self-motivation, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
