Your Day‐to‐Day
You'll sit at the centre of Customer Service and Operations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while supporting inventory and returns processes across the business:
- Manage complex customer enquiries, particularly around stock, orders and returns
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies impacting customer orders with 3PL partners
- Coordinate end‐to‐end returns, from customer request through to warehouse processing
- Monitor stock availability and communicate issues, delays or solutions to customers and internal teams
- Support stock movements and interstate transfers to improve fulfilment outcomes
- Work closely with Customer Service, warehouses and transport providers
- Assist with faulty stock management and repackaging coordination
- Identify opportunities to improve returns and inventory‐related CS processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Customer Service, with exposure to inventory, logistics or returns
- Strong interest in supply chain operations, particularly inventory and reverse logistics
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP highly regarded) and Excel
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations in a fast‐paced environment
