You'll have the opportunity to work in a flexible environment, with a mix of office and remote workdays.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively communicate with our customers using our product, as well as occasional phone interactions.
* Own customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.
* Become an expert in our product's capabilities and features.
* Ensure all customers have a great experience with the product, making it easy to use, reliable, bug-free, and fast.
* Collaborate directly with product teams to identify current issues and provide informed opinions on potential solutions.
We're seeking someone with a solid foundation in tech fundamentals, strong customer focus, and excellent communication skills. You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities, be able to troubleshoot, and utilize resources to answer questions on basic topics. Additionally, you should be excited about working in a support environment that constantly innovates and streamlines workflows to enhance efficiency.
In your first six months, you'll complete company onboarding, dive into CS-specific trainings, start interacting with customers through our inbox, and demonstrate ownership in executing your work effectively.
