Your new role: As a Storeperson/Driver, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and timely delivery of goods to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Site deliveries and collections – Transporting goods to various sites efficiently. On-time, undamaged deliveries – Ensuring goods reach customers in perfect condition and obtaining signatures as proof of delivery. Customer interaction – Engaging professionally with customers while delivering or picking up goods. Vehicle and equipment maintenance – Keeping company vehicles and equipment in a safe and clean condition. Picking and packing – Accurately preparing customer orders for dispatch. Paperwork completion – Ensuring all relevant documentation is correctly filled out. Warehouse upkeep – Maintaining a clean and presentable warehouse environment. What you’ll need to succeed: Strong communication skills – Able to build rapport easily with customers and team members. Previous experience in a warehouse or trade environment – Electrical wholesale experience is a strong advantage, but not essential. Physically capable – Comfortable with manual handling tasks, including picking, packing, and lifting items up to 23kg. High attention to detail – Accuracy in order preparation and safety-conscious at all times. Technically capable – Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using basic warehouse systems. Proactive and motivated – A “can-do” attitude, hardworking nature, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Well-presented and personable – Professional appearance and a friendly, supportive manner. Valid Australian Driver’s Licence – Mandatory for the delivery component of the role.
