About the Role
As a Logistics Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth, efficient and timely delivery of meals that support the wellbeing of patients and customers. You’ll assist in the preparation, plating and distribution of meals and mid‑meals, helping to provide a seamless food service experience across wards, special functions and external sites.
Working as part of a dedicated Food Services team, you’ll take pride in maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and presentation. Your attention to detail and commitment to following Safe Food Australia Standards will ensure every meal is prepared and delivered with care, meeting the dietary needs and expectations of all those you serve.

You’re a reliable and motivated team member who thrives in a fast‑paced food service environment. With strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, you take pride in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining safety and efficiency.
- Experienced in large‑scale catering with a focus on food safety standards
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Organised, able to prioritise tasks and perform under time pressures
- Knowledgeable in Safe Food Australia Standards, manual handling, and workplace health and safety
