Community Use Coordinator
on a
part-time
basis in
Aldinga
.
The part-time roster would be Wednesday, 8am to 4pm and Thursday, 9am to 5pm. There is some flexibility on the Wednesday shift being done on another week day.

The Position
:
* Collaborate with the Senior Caretaker, onsite team, and College representatives to identify and manage potential council and community users
* Coordinate the use of school facilities by council and community users and manage bookings for shared council and community use spaces.
* Ensure compliance with all agreements and systems across internal and external stakeholders
* Conduct or participate in risk assessments and related activities to ensure compliance with Site Health, Safety and Environmental plans
* Drive proactive innovation and collaboration to achieve KPIs and ongoing process enhancements.
* Coordinate facility use by school, commercial, council, and community users according to the Community and Commercial Use Plan.

What You Need:
* Either possess or willing to get a Working With Children Check
* National Police clearance, within 12 months of issue
* Clear and effective verbal and written communication
* Positive, approachable attitude with proactive problem-solving
* Thoughtful decision-making and practical solution development
* Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships
* Team-oriented mindset and willingness to partner with on-site service providers
