About the Role
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
* Welcome guests at check-in and respond to their requests in a timely and efficient manner.
* Fulfill transactions accurately and maintain guest confidentiality.
* Analyze guest needs to ensure a memorable experience.
