Medical Administration Registrar, Queensland Health
Temporary part time opportunity to provide high quality administrative and management services for Medical Administration at Caboolture and Kilcoy Hospitals, Woodford Corrections Health Service and the Caboolture and Bribie Island Satellite Health Centres (CKW) Clinical Directorate within Metro North Health. The Medical Administration Registrar is expected to develop their skills in medical management with the aim of achieving specialist skills in the field.

The role involves providing high quality administrative and management services for Medical Administration at Caboolture and Kilcoy Hospitals, Woodford Corrections Health Service and the Caboolture and Bribie Island Satellite Health Centres (CKW) Clinical Directorate within Metro North Health. The Medical Administration Registrar will develop skills and aim to achieve specialist skills in the field.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
* Report directly to the Director of Medical Services
* Provide operational support to the Director of Medical Services and the Deputy Director of Medical Services.
* Develop effective and sustainable relationships with stakeholders in support of the role e.g. program directors, senior and junior medical staff, administrative support officers etc.
* Participation in clinical governance, patient safety, and emergency disaster management.
* Participation in medical workforce management and medical education.
