Permanent, Full-Time Role (40 hours per week)
Join our team and play a vital role as the Warehouse Manager at our Perth Warehouse (HealthHub).
Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, we are seeking someone with a “Hands on” approach who can lead a small team of 8 promoting a proactive and positive team environment.
In this role you will be responsible for conducting some of the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
* Staffing: Ensure adequate balance of staffing and skills through effective rostering, hiring, onboarding, and training.
* Order Fulfilment: Working with the outbound lead to oversee order fulfilment and maximise productivity whilst maintaining the highest quality.
* Goods Inwards: In partnership with the goods inwards lead supervise unloading, receiving and putaway of products accurately and timely manner.
* Stock Management: Manage replenishment cycles for 300+ suppliers using Slim4, monitor promotional activity, ensure stock rotation, and minimise obsolete inventory.
* Inventory Control: Ensure daily cycle count processes are being adhered to and any stock inaccuracies investigated and corrected.
* Performance Management: Review site specific metrics to ensure productivity goals are achieved, communicate team and individual goals to team members ensuring there is a clear understanding of how each individual impacts what the team can achieve.
* Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure safety, security, cleanliness, and site maintenance.
* WHS Compliance: Maintain and promote a culture of work health and safety, closely following all WHS policies and procedures.
WHO ARE YOU?
* A proven track record of leadership with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with prior knowledge of warehouse processes and operations.
* A strong people leader with keen eye for detail and a demonstrated capability to effectively lead, motivate and influence in a team environment.
* The ability to actively work under pressure and deliver top-notch results in a fast paced environment.
* The ability to identify gaps and inconsistencies within the warehouse and proactively provide viable solutions to inhouse barriers.
* Outstanding level of communication with the ability to tailor your approach.
* We are seeking someone career minded who is looking for a challenging role who possesses a great leadership style and ability to encourage a positive work environment and drive success within the team. Ecommerce experience in a health or pharmaceutical space is highly advantageous.
* This role will suit someone with prior knowledge and a wealth of experience around the operational and logistical side of the business and who can play a key role in the overall success and productivity of the warehouse.
