We're looking for reliable, values-driven people to join us as Lifestyle Support Workers in a casual capacity. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you care about people and want to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

The role involves
12. Supporting participants in everyday tasks, social and community activities
13. Promoting independence, choice, and dignity with some level of personal care
14. Working alongside participants to help them achieve their goals
15. Collaborating with teammates to leave things better for the next worker
16. 2+ sleepovers per fortnight (inactive 10pm–6am)
17. Some nights and weekends
18. Being someone that can be reliable and proactive with great communication skills
You'll need (or be willing to get)
19. NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)
20. Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
21. Driver's licence and reliable insured transport
22. All valid work visa holders are welcome to apply for this position
23. COVID-19 vaccination is not mandatory, but some participants may prefer vaccinated workers—evidence may be requested in these circumstances.
