To assist Consumer, Building and Occupational Services (CBOS) to ensure greater compliance with the legislation administered by CBOS. This position primarily supports the administration and enforcement of electrical safety and compliance but may also undertake similar tasks across various CBOS work units.

Hours per fortnight

Duties
* Perform complex administrative functions in support of various CBOS compliance processes, education programs and other regulatory functions.
* Provision of advice and information to internal and external stakeholders verbally and in writing regarding compliance processes, education programs and other regulatory functions.
* Prepare and distribute high volume correspondence to the public in support of regulatory functions using features such as mail merges, and respond promptly, efficiently and appropriately to queries regarding this correspondence.
* Keep accurate and current records of a high volume of regulatory matters utilising Microsoft office applications such as Excel and SharePoint, and other databases as required.
* Monitor the status of regulatory matters and arrange appropriate follow up action in accordance with an approved process and critical timeframes.
* Provide information on behalf of CBOS in discussions with key stakeholders and members of the Community.
Relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience in complex administration or statutory compliance.
