**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant**

**About the role**:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Full-time Sales and Marketing Assistant based on Brisbane and Gold Coast to join our growing team. As a Sales and Marketing assistant, your duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Friendly and professional facilitation of daily arrival and departure of our guests
- Work effectively with all internal systems, notably the CRM to ensure clean, concise and reportable data
- Developing and executing effective marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives
- Collaborating with sales teams to develop sales strategies and ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts
- Tracking and analyzing campaign results and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance
- Can do attitude
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Good at time-managing and multi-tasking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competency in English language and literacy
- Conversational level competency in a Chinese language would be a bonus
- Quick and adaptive learning capability
- Holds a QLD Driver's License

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $73,539.30 per year
