Job details Kiln / Boiler Operator $***** per hour + Penalties Monday to Friday | Standard day shift Location: Grafton About Our Client Our client is a leader in the timber manufacturing industry, committed to producing high-quality, durable wood products.
You will be joining a supportive and safety-focused production environment where teamwork and reliability are highly valued.
What You Will Be Doing Monitor and control kiln operations to dry timber to specified moisture levels, ensuring product stability and durability.
Ensure optimal kiln and boiler performance, including accurate monitoring and record keeping.
Assist with general maintenance and care of plant and equipment.
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets.
Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and operational standards.
What You Will Need Experience in boiler and/or kiln operation is advantageous but not essential.
Mechanically and technically minded with a willingness to learn.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
Forklift licence and experience desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A positive, professional, reliable, and energetic attitude.
