Summary
We are seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Perth, Western Australia. This permanent, full‐time position plays a critical role in overseeing our financial operations and driving continuous improvement across the business. A key focus of the role will be leading initiatives to enhance the finance function, working closely with our Project Cost Controller, and supporting the planned transition of key payroll processes from an internally managed MYOB system to an outsourced model through Employment Hero. Additionally, this role will assist in coordinating the hiring and onboarding of two overseas full‐time positions—a Management Accountant and an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable officer.

Qualifications
* Business or Commercial degree with a Major in Accounting
* Qualified CPA or equivalent or working towards completion.
* Minimum of 3 years' Financial and Management Accounting experience
* Proven skills in supporting senior managers or owners to manage and control business performance
* Demonstrated ability in design, development and implementation of operational budgets
* Proficient in relevant computer applications (Advanced Excel preferred)
