Clinical Nurse

We're seeking a Clinical Nurse to join a supportive and values-driven team in the Bundaberg area. This is a permanent part-time position, weekends only, with a leading provider that genuinely values its staff and residents.
* Permanent part-time role on weekends only
* Competitive rates: Saturday $84-86/hr & Sunday $98-100/hr + Super (hourly rate based on experience)

The Organisation:

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, including managing complex needs, wound care, dementia, and palliative care
* Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentoring to nurses and care staff
* Conduct assessments, develop and review individualised care plans, and ensure accurate documentation
* Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and all regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic, person-centred care
* Champion continuous improvement, risk management, and a safe, respectful workplace culture
Key Requirements / Skills:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years' clinical experience, preferably in aged care
* Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team
* Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a resident- and family-focused approach
* Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
