Overview
Elysia Wellness Retreat is looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a full-time basis. If you're enthusiastic, service-focused, and passionate about hospitality, we'd love to welcome you to our team. This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
* Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
* Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options.
* Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.
Shift Details
* Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts
* Rotating roster across Monday through Sunday
* Split shifts may be required on some days
