**The Portfolio & Support**
- Manage a portfolio with the bulk of properties mainly located around the north/eastern suburbs
- Clean, well-managed portfolio (less than $500 arrears and up-to-date MA's)
- Work hand in hand with a dedicated experienced assistant property manager
- Outsourced PCRS
- Shared assistant for general and adhoc administration work and overflow out of office
- The portfolio has been managed extremely well with a high level of customer service and relationship building
**You will have...**
- Portfolio management experience - ideally 2 x years minimum
- Outgoing, bubbly and personable nature
- A team player attitude, accountability & sense of humour
- Valid Real estate registration and driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication
