This role will see the right person leading the Victorian initiative in sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across Greater Bendigo region. The successful candidate will have a strong network of contacts and be able to build relationships with key clients, maintain high presence in the marketplace, source, list, sell and lease commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas.

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.
* Source, list, sell and lease commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas.
* Maintain an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers.
* Negotiate property transactions from start to finish.
* Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
