**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
**DUTIES.**
- Monitor the process of all recruitment activities to ensure legislations, compliance, awards and Council policy guidelines are adhered to
- Provide advice for all Managers in matters of the recruitment process, awards and agency hires
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- Prior experience in Recruitment or Talent Engagement and Acquisition is required
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working within Local Government is highly desirable
- Tech-savvy and fast-paced learner, to assist in an easy transition
