About the Role:
Programmed Property Services is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the safe, compliant, and profitable delivery of property services. This role is responsible for operational performance, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and business growth through cross-selling and new opportunities.
* $95K - $105K + Super + Car allowance + Tools of the Trade
Duties include:
* Leading branch operations to deliver safe, timely, and profitable outcomes
* Managing profit & loss, budgets, forecasts, and cost control
* Driving business development, cross-selling, and customer retention
* Overseeing asset, scheduling, and resource management
* Ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and legislative requirements
* Coaching, developing, and engaging teams
What we're looking for:
* Tertiary qualification in business, management, or relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in operational or service management roles
* Demonstrated P&L and commercial management experience
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer management skills
* Current driver's licence
